Career Achievements

Kelenda Annette Baird is the Founder & CEO of LimitlessRescue.org, a social purpose corporation and global NGO hybrid dedicated to empowering leaders and protecting vulnerable youth locally, nationally, and globally. Her mission has taken her across many countries, from the backstreets of Brazil to the red-light districts of Greece, serving in the trenches as a mentor, advocate, teacher, and rescuer. Whether leading at-risk youth through healing programs or guiding executives in high-stakes boardrooms, Kelenda has held both power and pain in the same hand.

She currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Reed’s Hideaway, a breathtaking 250-acre multi-venue estate nestled in woodland wonder. Her leadership there reflects the same vision that drives her global mission: restoration, beauty, and transformation.

A bold communicator, Kelenda stepped outside her comfort zone to become a speaker and during the most painful season of her life, she won Les Brown’s Legendary Speaker Championship, proving that when you speak from the soul, mountains move.

She is a contributing author to The Power of Resilience (coming soon) and is currently writing her first solo book, a teaching memoir filled with stories of survival, miracles, and global impact. It chronicles how she rose from the ashes on eagle’s wings, with God as her strength.

Her academic achievements include:

  • A.A. in Arts & Sciences (Wenatchee Valley College)

  • Minor in Spanish

  • Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership (in progress, CLST Global)

  • Certification in Leadership (Harvard University)

  • Certification in Technology Entrepreneurship & Business Creation (Stanford University)

  • PMP Certification (in progress, PMI)

She has spoken on platforms across the U.S., South Africa, Chile, Brazil, and Greece, equipping and igniting audiences with her message of unbreakable power and the unwavering belief that not only are we limitless, we are the people we’ve been waiting for.

“I want to be the kind of woman whose life makes you stop and think, maybe healing is possible for me too. The kind of woman who’s been through the fire, but still stands…not bitter, but burning with purpose and joy. If my journey

gives someone else the courage to rise, then every battle, every scar, every setback was worth it. I’m not here to be admired, I’m here to remind people that God still writes comeback stories. I am living proof that even in the darkest places, light wins.”

Q&A: Get to Know Kelenda

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Right here in America. I’m a proud patriot. I’d live in Washington with my family and travel the country to all the most beautiful nature spots…camping under the stars and breathing in the sweet smell of green things and rushing water.

If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be?

The President. I’d ask for an assignment: How can I help our nation thrive?

Who is your role model and why?

Jesus. He embodies the values I strive for: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Best advice you’ve ever received?

Keep God functionally first. And remember, Joy is your compass. If your heart springs with joy when you think about it, that’s the path, even if it’s hard.

Something people don’t expect about you?

I love flying helicopters and being either in the sky like an eagle or deep in the water like a mermaid. Freedom flows in both places.

Three words that describe you best:

Visionary. Resilient. Compassionate.

Current Read:

50 Success Classics by Tom Butler-Bowden and Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins

Favorite TV Show:

Woman King. Okay, it’s a movie but it’s worth listing.

Favorite Food:

My mama’s home cooking. Potjie, an African dish. Pollo Sudado de Colombia. Filet mignon with mashed potatoes…or just a simple avocado. I used to hate avocados but once I ate them while starving in Africa. When you’re that hungry, it’s the best thing you’ve ever tasted. That changed me forever. We have so much to be thankful for.

Favorite Sport:

I love to dance ballet and play soccer like a warrior, but my favorite sport to watch is football.
