Keepers of the Crown

Honoring the Women Who Wear It With Purpose

The Keepers of the Crown represent the distinguished titleholders of Ms. Corporate America, women who embody leadership, confidence, and influence while advancing excellence in their careers, communities, and personal lives.

These remarkable queens are the official winners of the Ms. Corporate America divisions, each representing a legacy of strength, ambition and purpose. They are crowned not only for what they have achieved, but also for the impact they continue to make within their organizations, communities and industries.

From leading businesses to inspiring others, our queens wear the crown with grace, responsibility and intention. As ambassadors of the brand, they lead by example and demonstrate what it means to pursue success, elevate others and create a lasting legacy.

Reigning Titleholder

Lakeisha Little-Shaw

Ms. Corporate America 2026

Lakeisha Little-Shaw is an award-winning community leader, nationally recognized wellness advocate, entrepreneur, speaker, devoted mother of five, and the reigning 2026 Ms. Corporate America. She is the Founder and CEO of SHAW 4 Community, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to advancing wellness equity by removing barriers to healthy living in underserved communities through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Lakeisha has transformed personal adversity into a powerful mission of service. A survivor of childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and life-threatening medical challenges, she developed a comprehensive Wellness Equity Model that promotes physical, mental, emotional, social, and nutritional well-being.

She is also the owner of The SHAW Bar and founder of The F.I.T. Me Wellness Center, further expanding access to practical and affordable wellness solutions. Her impact has earned her numerous honors, including an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism and recognition as California Assembly District 13 Woman of the Year.

As Ms. Corporate America 2026, Lakeisha champions the belief that wellness should never be determined by a person’s zip code, income, or circumstances. Through her platform and service, she continues to inspire others to lead with purpose, resilience, compassion, and a commitment to creating healthier communities.
