Leadership That Makes Headlines

Who We Are
A Nationally Recognized Leadership Platform
Founded in 2008, the Ms. Corporate America Organization (MCA) is a nationally recognized leadership platform that serves accomplished women from all walks of life. Our diverse community is made up of purpose-driven women who lead, influence, and create meaningful impact through their careers, businesses, organizations, families, and communities.
While MCA is not a beauty pageant, our signature competitions are designed to celebrate and crown success, recognizing women for who they are, what they have accomplished, and the impact they create in their communities.
We offer participants who are committed to personal and professional growth the opportunity to leverage our platform to strengthen their brands, expand their networks, increase their visibility, share their expertise, and create meaningful impact within their states, across the nation, and around the world.
At its core, MCA exists to recognize, develop, and amplify women who lead with purpose and excellence.

How We Operate
From City Titleholder
to Global Ambassador
Each year, accomplished women between the ages of 25 and 65 apply to participate in their state leadership program, led by an appointed State President. Upon acceptance, participants are awarded a distinguished title representing their city and begin their leadership journey. Through coaching, development, and active engagement within their communities, participants proudly represent their city as titleholders, embracing the honor and responsibility that comes with wearing their royal crown and sash, which symbolize their leadership, influence, and commitment to service.
Our state-led program guides participants through leadership development, life coaching, media readiness, image refinement, public speaking, brand positioning, and community engagement. Throughout the program, participants prepare for their state-level competition held between January and April each year. At the conclusion of each competition, one participant is crowned State Queen, who serves for one year as an ambassador for the state.
The State Queen advances to the national stage during the last week of June to compete for the title of Ms. Corporate America, serving for one year as the organization's global ambassador of leadership and excellence.
