Competition Fees & Transfer Policy

Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Payment plans are available through January 31 of the competition year.

All competition fees are non-refundable. However, in certain extenuating circumstances, a transfer of paid fees to the following competition year may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to a $250 transfer fee. Requests for a fee transfer must be submitted in writing, along with appropriate supporting documentation, within sixty (60) days of the scheduled competition date. Approval of any transfer request is at the sole discretion of the Ms. Corporate America Organization.

This policy is intended to balance fairness, operational planning, and compassion for unforeseen circumstances. All coaching sessions, benefits, and package components must be used within the active competition year and do not carry over unless otherwise approved in writing by the organization.
