Own an Exclusive Territory
Receive the exclusive rights to develop and grow the MCA brand within your assigned state or territory, providing a unique opportunity to establish a recognizable statewide leadership organization.
Empower and Coach Women. Leave a Legacy.
The Ms. Corporate America State President, respectfully addressed as Madam President or Sir President, serves as the exclusive licensed executive and chief steward of the MCA brand within an assigned state or territory.
As the official Territory License Holder, the State President develops and operates a year-round leadership organization dedicated to advancing professional women through leadership development, personal growth, mentorship, networking, community engagement, competition experiences, and signature programs.
The State President also serves as the official gateway to the national MCA platform, creating opportunities for women to grow personally, professionally, and as leaders within their communities.
Each State President independently manages the daily operations of their licensed territory while adhering to the MCA Licensing Agreement, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand standards, and organizational policies. Although each territory is independently licensed and operated, State Presidents collaborate through the national MCA Leadership Network to maintain operational excellence, brand consistency, and organizational integrity.
The State President Territory License offers the opportunity to create meaningful impact while building an entrepreneurial venture.
State Presidents may generate revenue through approved contestant packages, ticket sales, sponsorships, vendor opportunities, educational programs, memberships, merchandise, advertising, strategic partnerships, and other MCA-approved initiatives within their territories.
With strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective execution, a territory can expand its revenue potential through larger competition experiences, year-round programming, recurring events, memberships, and strategic partnerships.
Territory availability is limited and awarded on a first-approved basis.

The State President Territory License is designed as a long-term, lifetime leadership opportunity. Your territory remains yours provided you continue to meet annual renewal requirements, maintain compliance with the Licensing Agreement, and remain in good standing with Ms. Corporate America.
Yes. Qualified State Presidents who successfully operate their first territory may be considered for additional territories based on performance, leadership capacity, and available territories.
No. Many State Presidents begin while maintaining their existing careers or businesses. The program is intentionally designed to allow leaders to build their territory over time while balancing professional and personal commitments. Many also incorporate their existing businesses, coaching practices, nonprofit organizations, or personal brands into their territory operations, subject to approval.
Yes. Qualified candidates may utilize an approved payment plan or secure third-party financing. Available investment options will be discussed during your Executive Discovery Meeting.
If your preferred territory is unavailable, we will gladly discuss executive leadership opportunities within that territory or explore other available territories that align with your leadership goals. From time to time, additional territories may also become available through expansion or vacancy.
Absolutely. Many State Presidents involve spouses, business partners, executive assistants, or trusted team members in supporting the day-to-day operations of their territory. However, the Territory License is issued to one official State President, who serves as the primary license holder and is ultimately responsible for the territory’s leadership, compliance, and overall success.
Immediately. Once you have been approved, your Licensing Agreement has been executed, your initial investment has been received, and your onboarding begins, you may immediately start building your territory, recruiting your executive leadership team, developing partnerships, and planning your Presidential Meet & Greet & Competition.
State Presidents receive ongoing support from the National Leadership Team, including leadership training, executive strategy sessions, operational guidance, technology resources, marketing materials, competition planning support, and access to the private State President Leadership Network. Our goal is to equip every State President with the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully build and grow their territory.
Like any successful business, the time commitment depends on your goals and stage of growth. During your first year, you should expect to invest meaningful time into recruiting your executive team, developing strategic partnerships, planning events, and establishing your territory. As your organization grows, many responsibilities can be delegated to your leadership team.
No. While some experience is certainly beneficial, it is not required. We are seeking accomplished leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, educators, and professionals with strong leadership abilities, business acumen, and a genuine passion for developing women.
Only one licensed State President is appointed to lead each approved territory. Because territory availability is limited, opportunities are awarded on a first-approved basis to qualified candidates.
Yes. Once appointed, your Territory License grants you the exclusive right to operate Ms. Corporate America within your assigned state or territory, provided you remain in compliance with your Licensing Agreement and annual renewal requirements.
Most newly appointed State Presidents begin by hosting their official Presidential Meet & Greet within sixty (60) to ninety (90) days of appointment. This introductory event serves as the official launch of your territory, allowing you to introduce the organization, recruit contestants, attract sponsors, build community awareness, and begin establishing your statewide leadership presence.
We encourage you to discuss any additional questions with the National President during your Executive Discovery Meeting. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision about becoming an official MCA State President. We look forward to welcoming you.
