Dr. Tiana Von Johnson is a highly sought-after, unconventional leader known for her distinctive approach to business. She is a serial entrepreneur, strategist, multi-book author, speaker, media personality, and doctoral scholar.

On the corporate side of Ms. Corporate America, Dr. Von Johnson serves as Chief Operating Officer and second-in-command on the MCA Executive Team. In this role, she provides strategic direction, strengthens organizational systems, oversees operations, and helps advance and execute the vision of the organization’s founder, Dr. Anissa King-Paul.

On the state side, Dr. Von Johnson serves as National President, leading the organization’s national expansion while providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to its growing network of state leaders. She also currently oversees the MCA Life Coaching Department, ensuring Queens and contestants receive the coaching, personal development, and support needed to grow with confidence, purpose, and clarity.

Dr. Von Johnson leads with a unique balance of charisma, firmness, and relatability. Her leadership style combines her signature Lionpreneur approach to business with a humanistic psychological approach centered on individual growth and well-being.

When she is not leading MCA, Dr. Von Johnson operates her own companies and brands, including Iconic Branding Agency, Women Doing It Big Foundation, the Seekchology Institute, and GoldStar Real Estate Group, among others.
Dr. Von Johnson holds two honorary doctoral degrees and is currently completing her Doctor of Business Administration, expected in 2026, and her PhD in Psychology, expected in 2028.
