An Alternative Pathway Into Ms. Corporate America

Designed for executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, community leaders, public figures, and influential women, the Ambassador Program provides the opportunity to serve as an official representative of the organization while helping expand the visibility, reach, and impact of the Ms. Corporate America brand. Unlike our state and national competition titleholders, who proudly wear the official MCA crown and sash, our ambassadors are distinguished by an elegant gold tiara and a signature gold-and-white Ambassador Stole. This regalia reflects our ambassadors’ commitment to representing the mission of Ms. Corporate America while serving as an official champion for women across the nation.

The Ambassadors do not compete in our formal competition. Instead, ambassadors are selected through a thoughtful review process that considers professional accomplishments, leadership experience, community impact, influence, integrity, and alignment with the mission and values of MCA. As an official MCA Ambassador, you become part of a distinguished national network of women who represent the organization through public appearances, community engagement, strategic partnerships, mentoring, special events, and brand advocacy. Whether speaking at conferences, supporting state competitions, cultivating corporate partnerships, mentoring emerging leaders, or serving as a visible champion for women’s leadership, ambassadors play an important role in expanding the organization’s national presence and influence.

The Ambassador Program is designed for women who want to make a meaningful impact, elevate their professional visibility, build lasting relationships, and proudly represent one of the nation’s premier leadership organizations. It is an opportunity to serve with purpose, lead with influence, and leave a lasting legacy while helping open doors for the next generation of women leaders.
