Judging Criteria & Scoring

Judging Panel

Ms. Corporate America selects judges of distinction who reflect excellence, leadership, and meaningful impact. Our judges are individuals who have made notable contributions within their industries and communities—locally, nationally, and internationally. They are chosen for their integrity, discernment, and appreciation for the multifaceted value women bring to business, leadership, and society.

Each competition features a carefully curated panel of five (5) to seven (7) judges. We intentionally assemble a panel that reflects professional diversity and broad perspectives to ensure a well-rounded and equitable evaluation process.

Judges may include leaders from the fields of arts and entertainment, media, including television, news, radio, and digital platforms; government and public service, former titleholders; executive and corporate leadership; and pageant coaching and image consulting.

All judges evaluate candidates independently in accordance with established scoring guidelines.
