Ms. Corporate America (MCA) is a national professional and personal development organization and leadership competition experience designed to elevate accomplished working women through structured preparation, visibility, and executive-level distinction.

The first competition was held in March of 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Orlando, FL.

No. While MCA includes formal presentation and competition segments, it is a performance-based leadership experience focused on executive presence, professional achievement, strategic thinking, and community impact.

Eligible participants are women ages 25 to 65 who have at least five (5) years of verifiable professional experience and a demonstrated commitment to leadership and community service.

Yes. You may be single or married.

No experience is necessary. Many candidates in our system have never competed before.

Candidates may be nominated or apply directly to represent a local area within their state. Applications are reviewed for alignment with professional standards and leadership criteria before advancement to the state competition level.

If approved, you will represent a local title or compete at-large at the state level. Qualified contestants then compete at the official state competition, where state winners advance to the national stage.

There are no swimsuit or talent categories. Each segment evaluates executive presence, leadership clarity, professionalism, and alignment with the Ms. Corporate America standard.

All contestants are scored independently by a panel of five (5) to seven (7) judges using a 1–10 scale. There is no comparison judging. Scores are tabulated according to the published percentage breakdown, and all judging decisions are confidential and final.

Judges are individuals of distinction chosen for their leadership, integrity, professional contributions, and ability to evaluate candidates fairly and independently.

All judging decisions and score tabulations are confidential. Ms. Corporate America maintains structured procedures to ensure fairness, credibility, and integrity throughout the process.

Participants must attend all scheduled rehearsals and competition segments, maintain professional presentation standards, and uphold the integrity and brand values of Ms. Corporate America throughout their participation.

Yes. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to community engagement and align with a charitable platform or initiative that reflects meaningful impact.

Hiring a coach is not required. However, competition coaching can be a valuable preparation tool. Contact our office at [email protected] if you would like a recommendation.

No. All entry fees and competition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All applications and payments must be processed through the official corporate website or authorized state websites that route directly to corporate headquarters. Only payments processed through headquarters are recognized.

Candidates are responsible for their travel expenses, hotel accommodations, competition wardrobe, hair, makeup, and some meals.

The national titleholder receives a distinguished prize package that includes a cash award (amount determined annually), the official Swarovski® crystal crown, rhinestone sash, commemorative trophy, luxury experiences, and additional sponsor-provided items, subject to availability and partnerships.

Yes. State and national Queens carry a prestigious lifetime title, reflecting long-term professional distinction and leadership recognition.

MCA Queens serve as the voice and image of professional women across America for a one-year term. Responsibilities include conducting professional workshops, participating in national radio and television broadcasts, attending seminars, engaging in charitable events, and speaking publicly about their platform.

State and national titleholders may not participate in another competition during their reign without prior written authorization from Ms. Corporate America.

The Queen Experience is structured, intentional, and executive-focused. It includes strategic preparation, leadership refinement, elevated networking, visibility opportunities, and a season of representation designed to leave a lasting professional imprint.
