The Ms. Corporate America process is structured, transparent, and performance-based.
Local Representation
Local titles are associated with the city, county, or township they represent. Some candidates may be selected at-large at the state level.
State Competition
Qualified contestants compete at the official state event. State winners earn advancement to the national competition.
National Advancement
State titleholders move forward to compete on the national stage for the distinguished title of Ms. Corporate America.
Official Crowning
Following final scoring and awards, the newly crowned titleholder formally accepts the crown, sash, and trophy and begins her reign.
Established procedures govern every step to preserve fairness, credibility, and excellence.

Attendance & Engagement
Participants are required to attend scheduled rehearsals, interviews, and competition segments as outlined in the official event schedule.
Presentation Standards
Attire must reflect professionalism, polish, and alignment with Ms. Corporate America’s brand image.
Scoring Framework
All contestants are scored on a 1–10 scale by each judge, with no comparison judging. Final scores in each category are calculated into the overall score in accordance with the published scoring percentages.
Advancement Structure
Local titles feed into state competitions. State winners advance to nationals in pursuit of the national title.
Financial Policy
All entry fees and competition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Official Payment Channels
Applications and payments must be submitted through the official corporate website or authorized state websites that route directly to corporate headquarters. Only payments processed through headquarters are recognized.
Ms. Corporate America reserves the right to uphold and enforce all competition policies to protect the organization’s integrity and reputation.
Eligibility Requirements
Who May Compete
Ms. Corporate America welcomes accomplished women who demonstrate professional achievement, leadership capacity, integrity, and a commitment to community impact. To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a natural-born female between the ages of 25 and 65 as of January 1 of the competition year.
- Reside within the United States or its territories, or hold legal U.S. residency status.
- Be an established professional or entrepreneur with a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable career experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to community service and women’s empowerment, with at least two (2) years of involvement preferred.
- Agree that, if selected as a state or national titleholder, she will not participate in any other pageant or competition during her reign without prior written authorization from Ms. Corporate America.
- Execute a full and unconditional release of any and all claims against Ms. Corporate America, its parent, affiliated, and related entities, including their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, and assigns, arising from participation in the competition and the authorized use of her name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
- Acknowledge and agree that Ms. Corporate America retains sole and final discretion in determining eligibility and compliance with program standards, and agree to abide by such determinations.
- Affirm that she does not engage in unlawful conduct, including the illegal use of controlled substances, and does not engage in conduct that would materially impair her ability to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the title.
- Be able to perform the essential functions and responsibilities associated with holding a state or national title, with or without reasonable accommodation, consistent with applicable law.
- Confirm that she does not have current employment or contractual relationships in industries whose primary business involves the production or distribution of explicit adult content that would materially conflict with the mission and brand standards of Ms. Corporate America.
Title Advancement Structure:
