Dress for Success
Empowering Women to Enter the Workforce With Confidence
Dress for Success is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, career development resources, and a network of support to help them succeed in work and in life.
For a woman preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce, something as simple as not having appropriate attire for an interview can become another barrier standing between her and an opportunity. Beyond clothing, women may also need encouragement, career resources, professional guidance, and support as they navigate a new chapter.
This is why MCA proudly supports Dress for Success. Their mission aligns with our belief that when women are equipped with the right resources, support, and encouragement, they are better positioned to pursue opportunities and achieve gainful independence. Together, we can help remove barriers and ensure more women have the confidence and tools to take their next professional step.
As an organization built around professional women, leadership, advancement, and economic empowerment, MCA believes every woman deserves the opportunity to walk into an interview, workplace, or professional setting feeling prepared, confident, and worthy of the opportunity before her.

Di-Anne Elise, Ms. Corporate America Lifetime Queen, was selected as a guest speaker for the High Heels, High Hopes event benefiting Dress for Success Greater Orlando. Di-Anne had the honor of sharing the stage with Syan Rhodes of WESH 2 News Orlando for an inspiring celebration centered on empowering women and strengthening the community.
The event also marked an exciting milestone for Dress for Success Greater Orlando, with local Boy Scouts lending their time and talents to help prepare and organize the Dress for Success store for its grand opening.
As a proud charitable partner of Dress for Success, the Ms. Corporate America Organization is honored to support a mission that helps women gain the confidence, resources, and professional attire needed to pursue economic independence and thrive in the workforce.

SheSpeaksSolutions, LLC (SSS) is dedicated to creating supportive spaces and solutions that encourage women to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being, find their voice, navigate life’s challenges, and continue becoming healthier versions of themselves.
