Ms. Corporate America Organization

Privacy Policy

Effective August 14, 2026

Important: This Privacy Policy explains how Ms. Corporate America Organization collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information. Please read it carefully. By using the Website or providing personal information to MCA, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to MsCorporateAmerica.com and any related webpages, forms, portals, registration pages, subdomains, accounts, and online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Ms. Corporate America Organization, a Florida-registered business that operates under the Ms. Corporate America brand (the “Organization,” “MCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy also applies when you submit an application or inquiry, register for a competition experience or event, purchase a product or service, book an interest call, apply for a state, regional, ambassador, volunteer, membership, or leadership role, communicate with MCA, or otherwise provide information to us. Separate agreements, releases, program rules, or notices may provide additional privacy information for a particular relationship.

01

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through the Website, from authorized state and regional programs, and from service providers or other lawful sources.

Information you provide may include:

  • Contact information, such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and social-media handles;
  • Eligibility and identity information, such as age or date of birth, state of residence, employment, professional title, company, credentials, and other information needed to evaluate an application or role;
  • Application and participation information, including biographies, photographs, headshots, videos, audio, interview responses, interests, availability, state or regional affiliation, competition experience information, and program records;
  • Transaction information, such as purchases, invoices, deposits, installment schedules, payment status, billing address, refunds, transfers, chargebacks, and related records;
  • Communications and submissions, including emails, inquiries, survey responses, testimonials, support requests, complaints, and other content you voluntarily provide; and
  • Event, membership, ambassador, volunteer, sponsorship, state president, leadership, merchandise, ticketing, and registration information.

Payment card numbers and certain financial credentials are collected and processed by payment providers, including Stripe, rather than stored directly by MCA, except for limited transaction records made available to us by those providers.

02

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Website, MCA and its service providers may automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of visits, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the Website or communications.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand traffic, improve performance, evaluate communications, prevent fraud, and support advertising or outreach where permitted by law.

03

How We Use Personal Information

MCA may use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and MCA services;
  • Process applications, inquiries, registrations, purchases, subscriptions, deposits, transfers, tickets, merchandise orders, and payments;
  • Evaluate eligibility, qualifications, appointments, participation, and compliance with MCA requirements;
  • Administer competition experiences, state and regional programs, events, titles, memberships, ambassador programs, volunteer opportunities, leadership roles, sponsorships, and related activities;
  • Communicate about applications, interviews, interest calls, payments, deadlines, schedules, events, safety, program updates, and customer support;
  • Send marketing or promotional communications with any consent required by law;
  • Create and maintain business, participation, financial, operational, safety, and historical records;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, misuse, security incidents, and violations of MCA agreements or policies;
  • Protect MCA, participants, customers, authorized programs, partners, and the public;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, and insurance obligations; and
  • Carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.
04

How We Disclose Personal Information

MCA may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:

  • Authorized state and regional programs, state presidents, directors, ambassadors, staff members, volunteers, contractors, judges, event personnel, licensees, and representatives involved in program administration;
  • Service providers that support website hosting, forms, scheduling, email, text messaging, customer support, payments, accounting, analytics, marketing, security, ticketing, merchandise, travel, events, or other operations;
  • Venues, sponsors, production partners, hotels, photographers, media partners, and other parties involved in an event or program, when relevant to your participation;
  • Attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, consultants, banks, payment processors, and other professional advisers;
  • Government agencies, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
  • A purchaser, successor, lender, adviser, or other participant in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, transfer of assets, or similar business transaction.

We may also disclose information at your direction, with your consent, to enforce agreements, to investigate suspected wrongdoing, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, security, or the integrity of MCA programs.

05

Authorized State and Regional Programs

State and regional programs may be administered by authorized state presidents, directors, ambassadors, licensees, independent contractors, partners, or other representatives. MCA may share application, eligibility, contact, payment-status, scheduling, content, and participation information with the authorized program responsible for your state, region, role, or competition experience.

An authorized state or regional operator may separately collect information under its own privacy notice. Questions about whether a person or program is authorized should be submitted to MCA before you disclose information or make payment.

06

Payments and Stripe

MCA may use Stripe and other payment providers to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, payment plans, refunds, transfers, and related transactions. Payment providers may collect your name, contact information, billing address, payment method information, device information, and transaction details under their own privacy policies and terms.

MCA receives transaction records and limited payment-related information needed for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention, payment collection, dispute management, and legal compliance. MCA does not control the independent privacy practices of a third-party payment provider.

07

Photographs, Biographies, and Submitted Content

MCA may collect photographs, headshots, biographies, statements, testimonials, videos, audio, logos, social-media handles, professional information, and other content you submit. As described in the applicable Terms, program agreement, or media release, this content and your name, approved title, likeness, voice, city and state, and professional information may be used for application review, competition administration, directories, programs, websites, social media, broadcasts, advertising, publicity, historical archives, and MCA promotion.

MCA does not intend to publish a home street address, personal telephone number, private email address, payment credential, or other nonpublic contact information as promotional content without permission, except when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for administration, safety, or enforcement.

08

Marketing Communications

With any consent required by law, MCA may send information about programs, events, opportunities, deadlines, products, services, and promotions by email, telephone, or text message. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of promotional text messages by following the instructions in the message, including replying STOP when available. You may continue to receive nonpromotional communications concerning applications, payments, registrations, orders, safety, or an existing relationship.

09

Cookies and Preference Choices

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Certain Website features may not function properly if cookies are disabled. Where required by applicable law, MCA will request consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.

Some browsers and devices provide Global Privacy Control or other preference signals. MCA will process legally recognized signals as required by applicable law. Because standards continue to develop, the Website may not respond to every browser-based signal.

10

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

MCA does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the technologies used on the Website, certain disclosures involving analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.

If MCA engages in activity covered by an applicable opt-out right, eligible individuals may submit a request using the contact information in Section 20 or use any privacy control made available on the Website.

11

Data Security

MCA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, service-provider safeguards, secure payment processing, and operational policies.

No website, electronic communication, or storage system is completely secure. MCA cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, and account credentials and for promptly notifying MCA of suspected unauthorized activity.

12

Data Retention

MCA retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to administer programs, provide services, maintain financial and historical records, fulfill contracts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, protect safety, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the MCA relationship involved, legal requirements, operational needs, and whether a dispute, investigation, or claim is pending. MCA may retain archival copies where permitted by law.

13

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request that MCA:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to certain information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete certain personal information;
  • Provide a portable copy of certain personal information;
  • Opt you out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, if applicable; or
  • Review an appeal concerning a privacy request.

MCA will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Rights are not absolute and may not apply to information that MCA must retain for legal, contractual, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other permitted purposes.

14

Submitting and Verifying a Privacy Request

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” or write to the address in Section 20. Describe the request and identify the state where you reside.

MCA may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect information from unauthorized access. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but MCA may require proof of the agent’s authority and direct identity verification. If an applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by contacting MCA and identifying the original request and decision.

15

Children’s Privacy

The Website and MCA participation opportunities are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. MCA does not knowingly collect personal information through the Website from children under 13. If MCA learns that a child under 13 provided personal information without legally sufficient authorization, MCA will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you believe a child improperly provided personal information, contact MCA using the information in Section 20.

16

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may link to payment processors, scheduling platforms, ticketing services, merchandise vendors, venues, sponsors, hotels, authorized state websites, and social-media services. Third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms. MCA is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of an independent third party.

17

International Visitors

MCA is based in the United States, and the Website and participation opportunities are intended for individuals located in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where MCA or its service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you reside.

18

Florida Privacy Notice

MCA is located in Florida. Florida residents may contact MCA regarding questions or concerns about the collection and use of personal information. Any rights available under Florida or other applicable law will be honored subject to the scope, eligibility requirements, and exceptions of that law.

19

Changes to This Privacy Policy

MCA may update this Policy to reflect changes in its services, programs, technology, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised Policy will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by another reasonable method when required by law.

Your continued use of the Website after a revised Policy is posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated privacy practices, to the extent permitted by law.
