- Maintain professional and respectful conduct.
- Use the MCA name, logo, title, regalia, and other intellectual property only as authorized.

Ambassador Status and Competition Titles
The Ambassador Program is separate from the Ms. Corporate America competition.
Ambassadors:
- Are not required to compete for their Ambassador appointment.
- Are not competition winners or competition titleholders solely because of their Ambassador appointment.
- May not represent themselves as holding a state or national competition title unless they have separately earned or received that title through an authorized MCA process.
- Do not wear the official MCA competition crown and sash based solely on their Ambassador appointment.
- Are distinguished by the approved gold tiara and gold-and-white Ambassador Stole.
- May use their official Ambassador title only during an active appointment and in accordance with MCA brand standards.
An Ambassador appointment does not guarantee acceptance into a future competition experience, a state or national title, special placement, scoring consideration, employment, compensation, sponsorship, media coverage, or any other result.
Conflicts of Interest
A candidate or appointed Ambassador must disclose any relationship, role, activity, business interest, sponsorship, or organizational affiliation that could:
- Compete directly with MCA programs or services.
- Create confusion regarding whom the Ambassador represents.
- Interfere with her ability to fulfill MCA responsibilities.
- Suggest that another organization is endorsed by or affiliated with MCA without authorization.
- Compromise confidential information, partnerships, sponsorships, or business relationships.
- Harm the credibility, reputation, safety, or integrity of MCA or its participants.
The existence of another professional or organizational affiliation does not automatically make a candidate ineligible. MCA will evaluate the nature and seriousness of the potential conflict.
MCA may require disclosure, limitations, recusal from certain activities, written approval, or another reasonable resolution before confirming or continuing an appointment.
Grounds for Ineligibility, Denial, Suspension, or Revocation
A candidate may be found ineligible, and an appointment may be denied, suspended, or revoked, for reasons including:
- Failure to meet or maintain the applicable eligibility requirements.
- False, misleading, incomplete, altered, or unverifiable information.

- Making unauthorized commitments, statements, contracts, promises, or financial arrangements on behalf of MCA.
- Misuse of the Ambassador title for personal, political, financial, or commercial purposes not approved by MCA.
- Failure to comply with disclosure requirements when promoting MCA or an MCA-related opportunity.
- Conduct that damages or is reasonably likely to damage the reputation, credibility, relationships, or operations of MCA.
- Violation of applicable law, MCA policies, brand standards, codes of conduct, or appointment agreements.
Any decision will be subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement.

An Ambassador appointment is valid only for the period stated in the official appointment letter or Ambassador agreement.
Appointments:
- Are personal to the selected Ambassador.
- May not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared.
- Do not renew automatically unless stated in writing.
- May be reviewed periodically by the State President or MCA Leadership.
- May be renewed, modified, suspended, or concluded based on performance, organizational needs, continued eligibility, and compliance with MCA requirements.
An Ambassador must stop using the MCA Ambassador title, regalia, credentials, and protected materials when her appointment expires or ends unless MCA provides written authorization otherwise.
No Employment or Agency Relationship
An Ambassador appointment does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship with Ms. Corporate America Organization.
Unless specifically authorized in writing, an Ambassador may not:
- Enter into contracts on behalf of MCA.
- Collect or accept money on behalf of MCA.
- Hire, appoint, or remove MCA representatives.

- Present herself as an employee, officer, legal representative, or authorized agent of MCA.
Any compensation, reimbursement, commission, benefit, or financial arrangement must be stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized MCA representative.
Final Authority
MCA Leadership maintains final authority to interpret and administer this policy, determine eligibility, approve appointments, establish Ambassador categories, resolve conflicts, and make decisions concerning continuation or removal.
MCA may revise this policy to reflect changes in its programs, organizational needs, brand standards, or legal obligations. The version in effect at the time of review or appointment will apply unless a controlling written agreement states otherwise.
